The Recipient List in the Epson Fax Utility is blank after I add recipients. What should I do?

• There will be an update to the Epson Fax Utility to solve this problem. Install the update when it becomes available. For now, hover your mouse pointer over the gray space of the recipient list to see the list display.

  To install the update, use Epson Software Updater or go to your product's support page to download and install the software from the Downloads tab.
