Keith Kratzberg

President and Chief Executive Officer

Keith Kratzberg oversees sales and marketing, distribution, product development and business strategy for Epson in the Americas. He is responsible for driving innovation and market leadership across Epson's product range of imaging products and business solutions. Since joining Epson in 1996, Mr. Kratzberg has held increasingly responsible positions in product management, sales, strategy and general management. He received his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and his bachelor's degree in Applied Mechanics from the University of California, San Diego.

Andrea Zoeckler

Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer

Andrea Zoeckler is responsible for all finance and accounting functions, as well as sales operations, information systems, strategy, and standards and controls for Epson's North and Latin American businesses. She began her career with Epson in 1994 as manager of financial planning. She received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, and her MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Kendra Jones

Chief Legal & Sustainability Officer

Kendra Jones is responsible for overseeing legal affairs for Epson, including litigation and legal issues arising from the development, marketing, sales and support of Epson’s broad portfolio of products in North and Latin America, as well as leading Epson’s environmental and sustainability programs in the region. Ms. Jones joined Epson in 2015 and prior to Epson she was Vice President of Legal at a large technology company and an associate at a multinational law firm. She earned her law degree from Loyola Law School, an MBA from Loyola Marymount University and BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Michael Wang

Vice President, Chief Information & Digital Officer

Michael Wang is responsible for all information systems functions, including applications, infrastructure and operations, for Epson's North and Latin American businesses. He also oversees the digital marketing and e-commerce functions. He began his career with Epson in 2008 as director of systems. He received a bachelor's degree in Political Science and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and his MBA from The Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Michele Hoff

Vice President, Human Resources

Michele Hoff joined Epson in 1997. She provides strategic direction and oversees all aspects of Human Resources for Epson in North and Latin America. She received her master's degree in Organizational Psychology from California State University, and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Mike Isgrig

Vice President, North America Sales & Marketing, Consumer Products

Mike Isgrig oversees all aspects of Epson's North America consumer business with responsibility for product management, marketing communication and sales in Canada and the United States. Mr. Isgrig has been with Epson for 12 years and brings more than 25 years of marketing and sales experience in technology, consumer packaged goods and several wireless start-up ventures. Mr. Isgrig has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Indiana University and his MBA from the University of Michigan.

Richard Miller

Vice President, Service Operations & North America Marketing, Commercial Products

Richard Miller joined Epson in 2010 and is responsible for service and support operations throughout the Americas as well as leading product and marketing strategies for the North America Commercial Projectors, Point-of-Sale Printers, On-Demand Color Label Printers, and Robotics businesses. He received his bachelor's degree in Japanese Language from the University of California, Berkeley.

Masaki Miyazawa

Vice President, Corporate Liaison

Masaki Miyazawa is responsible for facilitating alignment between Seiko Epson and Epson America’s North and Latin American businesses. He began his career with Seiko Epson Corporation in 2009, and joined Epson America in 2019 where he has held finance and business management roles. He received his bachelor's degree in Economics from Shinshu University in Japan.

Fabio Neves

Vice President, Latin America Sales & Marketing, Commercial & Industrial Products

Fabio Neves has been with Epson since 2019. He currently provides strategic direction for Epson’s commercial and industrial organization and business in Latin America, overseeing its expansion in all product areas, channels and government needs. His territory includes nine Epson subsidiaries and two sales offices covering 17 countries and the Caribbean. Mr. Neves received his MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and his bachelor's degree in Advertising and Publicity from UNAMA Belem, Para, in Brazil.

Fernando Stinchi

Vice President, Latin America Sales & Marketing, Consumer Products

Fernando Stinchi provides strategic direction for all Epson’s consumer businesses throughout Latin America including all aspects of product management, marketing communications, and sales. Mr. Stinchi has been with Epson since 2015 and brings more than 25 years of international sales, marketing and leadership in technology. Mr. Stinchi received his MBA from Fundacao Getulio Vargas and his bachelor's degree in business administration from FAAP University in Brazil.

Tom Versfelt

Vice President, North America Sales, Commercial & Industrial Products

Tom Versfelt is responsible for overseeing Epson’s North American commercial and industrial sales teams to realize the growing opportunities of our expanding product lines. His team develops go-to-market and cross-selling strategies to expand Epson's penetration of the corporate market with business printing, scanning and future products. Mr. Versfelt joined Epson in 2014 and brings 25 years of innovative Sales and Operational leadership in the areas of networking, systems and collaboration software. He received his bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the University of San Francisco.

Mauricio Villaveces

Vice President, Distribution Operations

Mauricio Villaveces is responsible for logistics and distribution operations throughout ten distribution centers in the Americas. Additionally, he is responsible for Epson’s North America service repair center operations. He began his career with Epson in 2017 as Director, Distribution Operations. He received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
