I can't use my product's software after upgrading to macOS 12 because the icon is crossed out. What should I do?

  • Update or reinstall the Epson software for your product. To update the software, use Epson Software Updater.

    To reinstall the software, do the following:

    1. Go to the Epson Support page and select your product.
    2. Select macOS 12 in the Operating System drop-down box, if necessary.
    3. Do one of the following:
      • Download and install the Drivers and Utilities Combo Package for your product.
      • If a Drivers and Utilities Combo Package is not available for your product, download and install the software in the Recommended For You section.

    If you cannot use the software after installing the latest version, contact Epson Support.
