Nunca intentamos usar otras marcas.\r\nHicimos todos los procedimientos de limpieza de cabezales y demas buscando solucionar los problemas en color y nunca tuvimos exito. Enviarla a un service nos da problema ya que se esta usando diariamente, por lo que su uso es el descrito arriba. Tengo el producto desde que comencé la universidad hace cuatro años y aún no necesito recargarla. Gran escaner. La impresión no es la mejor del mercado pero cumple su propósito perfectamente para imprimir boletas, documentos y trabajos escritos. No la recomendaría si principalmente le darías un uso más artístico como para imprimir fotos, aún así es bastante buena en ese apartado si la configuración es la adecuada.\r\n No es muy compatible con ububtu, solo pude lograr que el escaner funcione en Windows, aún tras horas y horas de descargar drivers y paquetes.\r\n Creo que ahorre bastante dinero pensando en cuanto sale ahora cada fotocopia en los kioscos. Quizás ahorre, hasta la fecha, más del doble de su costo en impresiones. Además, tenerla siempre fue una ventaja por la accesibilidad de tener una impresora en tu propio escritorio.\r\n Es de tamaño mediano/grande y muy delicada, ligera y fácil de limpiar aunque suele llenarse rápido de polvo por donde salen las hojas.
